Learn the simple yet elegant art of permanently etching beautiful patterns on glass or mirror. These seminars will cover design concepts, technique and a hands-on lesson in glass etching on flat and curved surfaces. All materials are included. Beginner’s Class – Learn to etch small projects like glassware and Christmas tree ornaments. Cost is $50 per person for guests lodging at Eastlake Bed and Breakfast or $75 per person for those lodging elsewhere. Participants will etch two projects to take home.
Advanced Class – Learn to etch full-sized windows, doors and large mirrors. Cost is $100 per person for guests lodging at Eastlake Bed and Breakfast or $125 per person for those lodging elsewhere.
Room rates start at just $75 per night. Offer valid through April 30, 2010; may not be available during peak and holiday weekends.
