Cooking Classes at The Osthoff

L’ecole de la Maison offers private culinary events for groups, including Celebrations and Social Gatherings, Corporate Events and Parties, Corporate Team Building and Holiday Parties. January through March 2011 offers many opportunities to learn from the best. Workshops, one-day and two-day courses available. Classes include Bistro Dessert Classics, Hearty Soups and Stocks, Artisan Breads, Truffles, Bonbons and Hand Dipped Chocolates, Chocolate Desserts, Main Courses, Tarts and Pastries, Northern Italian Cuisine, French Bistro a la Maison, Breakfast Patries and Specialty Breads, Seafood Cookery and European Brunch. $125-350.
