Saturday, October 1, 2011 – Special daytime (9 am to 4 pm) and evening (4-9 pm) programs for the entire family. Celebrate local foodways past and present. $20 for both events. For details.

It’s a regular ho-down during the evening program! Beef Tea’s bluegrass music will enliven the crowd at a barn dance and pig roast after a long day of grazing and sampling delicious Wisconsin foods from local farms.
