The “Main Dining Room” serves evening dinner and features contemporary cuisine in our unique, old-world atmosphere. A gourmet selection of soups, appetizers, salads and entrees are prepared with premium ingredients. The “Main Dining Room” houses the best kept secret in Elkhart Lake, the “Cocktail Bar,” serving a variety of specialty cocktails and wines by the glass. Guests can also enjoy Sunday brunch which features an array of creative breakfast and lunch entrees. Available year round, the “Main Dining Room” is the perfect setting for weddings, banquets, or any special event.
The historic Stop-Inn Tavern and Restaurant touted as the “best bar on the racing circuit” serves lunch and dinner daily. Diners can enjoy the Siebkens Sandwich served on our homemade rye bread, appetizers, salads, homemade soups, burgers, wraps, pasta and a variety of entree specials. Known for its inviting setting which often features live entertainment, the Stop-Inn Tavern is Elkhart Lake’s most popular evening gathering spot.
This year the resort is undergoing exciting changes. Phase one of Siebkens Resort Condominiums is scheduled for completion in summer of 2008. The new building is designed for people who appreciate the grace and charm of years past with modern conveniences. Units have one, two or three bedrooms, open concept floor plans, private balconies with views of picturesque Elkhart Lake, fireplaces, full kitchen and dining areas. The resort also offers 25 attractive guest rooms which are located in adjacent Siebkens hotel buildings. Each room is charmingly decorated in a Victorian fashion with antiques.
