Center and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to Noon
and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is also open at 6:00 p.m. prior to

The Village of Elkhart Lake requests persons requiring auxiliary aids and service for participation in the above meetings contact the Clerk twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting.
All meetings are held in the general meeting room of the Grashorn Memorial Civic Center, located at 84 N. Lake Street in Elkhart Lake unless noted. The deadline for being placed on the agenda or any regular board meeting will be at 5 pm on the Wednesday prior to the regular meeting Monday, and one week prior to a committee or commission meeting.
ELECTION NEWS: As of Friday, October 10, 2014 Photo ID will NOT be required for the November 4, 2014 election.

YARD WASTE DUMPSTER: The dumpster is open for the season. Hours of operation are Wednesdays 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 – 3:00 p.m.
TAX INFORMATION: Tax payments are accepted Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tax payments can also be dropped off at Community Bank & Trust and National Exchange Bank & Trust. If the Village office is closed payments can be dropped in the Police depository, located to the west of the Pine St. entrance.

The state code has been amended; As of February 1, 2011 all homes need to have a carbon monixide detector on all levels.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The Village’s Weather Warning Sirens located at the Village Hall, at 511 E. Rhine Street (near Charlene’s), and on Arbor Drive are back in operation. To ensure your safety in case of inclement weather, the weather warning sirens will be tested every other Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. for 2 minutes, corresponding with the County’s schedule. This will begin on April 13, 2011 at 11:00 A.M.
