Sellers Permit (Artisans Only)

Persons who sell taxable products and services at the Farmers & Artisans Market is responsible for obtaining a seller’s permit from the Department of Revenue and completing the corresponding WI Temporary Event Permit form as proof of permit.  This form should be completed and returned to the Chamber office along with your application.
