Next, is one of Lola’s personal favorites – Seared Rainbow Trout with Herb Gnocchi, Asparagus, Tomato, Onion, Sweet Corn, and Almond Brown Butter. Switching directions for a minute, you’ll bake a compliment to the dishes, Focaccia Bread with Pesto and Parmesan.
