Wellness Weekend at The Osthoff Resort

Calm your mind, challenge your body, and connect with nature’s healing elements during a beautiful, autumn escape.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a chef-crafted charcuterie board and bottle of savory red wine in your suite, along with luxurious Aspira Spa robes to relax in during your overnight stay. In the morning, a light, complimentary breakfast is provided, followed by a Mat Pilates Class to improve strength, flexibility, balance and more. Provide a nutritious boost to your body with a variety of Spa Café menu items for a complimentary lunch, such as new Antient Grain Bowls, Salads, Parfaits and more.

Guided Hike in the Ice Age National Scenic Trail | Friday, November 18 | 2PM- 4PM | $25 per person
Re-energize and rejuvenate on the nearby Ice Age National Scenic Trail for an intentional, guided hike and connection to nature, with Mickaela Summers, BSW, LMT, CYT. Meander throughout the scenic, wooded area and notice the rare glacial features, such as kettles, potholes, and eskers, which were formed from the last Ice Age, more than 12,000 years ago!
Wear comfortable, weather appropriate hiking attire. No packing of gear necessary. Must supply own transportation and meet at the Ice Age Trail LaBudde Creek Segment 10 minutes prior to starting time.
Simply Earth Essential Oil Blending Class | Saturday, November 19 | 2-3PM | $25 per person
Interested in learning how to use essential oils? A Simply Earth Team Member will teach you a variety of ways to use 100% certified pure essential oils in your household, so you may gain clarity and confidence to make recipes for daily use and to support your well-being.
Small Plates & Paints Canvas Class | Saturday, November 19 | 6-9PM | $60 per person
Join Miki Wise, a Certified Art Instructor, on a step-by-step journey to create your own Lotus Flower Canvas Painting to take home with you and admire. Lotus flowers represent purity, patience, self-awareness, love and compassion for all things, and direct spiritual contact. Miki has exhibited her work, been published, and awarded special recognitions by organizations such as Artspace Collective, The Hang Up Gallery, Main Street Artworks, Silver Lake College, UW-Lacrosse, and many more.
A variety of healthy, chef-crafted hors d’oeuvres will be included throughout the evening.
