She uses imperial singing bowls in tandem with her voice-guided meditation to gently lift you into a deep trance/meditation. Here you can rest as the sound bowls and crystals heal and restore your body and mind.\n\n$20/person\n\n\n Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and wear comfy clothes when you come. Blankets may also be nice to increase your relaxation. Come with an empty mind\, an open heart and a turned-off phone.
