Everyone’s favorite Schnee Days activity, the Chili Cook Off! Home cooks and commercial kitchens can enter by bringing your entries to the kitchen door of P.A.M.’s (off the Siebkens Alley) between 8:30 and 9:30am.

Each entry must be 2 gallons of chili, warmed, not hot, in a disposable container (ice cream pails or disposable foil pans). Please label to identify what type of chili it is, whether it’s a homemaker or commercial, and the name/contact information of yourself or business. P.A.M.’s and the Cocktail Bar at Siebkens Resort will be open to the public at 11am.  Chili, drinks, desserts, and the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Athletic Association will be selling brats and grilled cheese all available for purchase.  Everyone is welcome!
